1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alpha Suite (the "Service"), available at alpha-suite.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Alpha Suite is a quantitative trading signal platform that aggregates data from public sources including SEC EDGAR filings, market data providers, and publicly available financial information. The Service generates trading signals using algorithmic strategies and presents them through a web-based dashboard.
The Service includes:
- Multi-strategy signal generation (insider tracking, momentum, mean reversion, event-driven, and macro strategies)
- Macro regime detection and position scaling
- Confluence scoring across strategies
- Tiered access based on subscription level
3. Not Investment Advice
Alpha Suite is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The signals, scores, analysis, and any other information provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Alpha Suite does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives and cannot provide personalized advice.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance and signal scores do not guarantee future returns. Specifically:
- Signal scores and conviction ratings are algorithmic outputs, not guarantees of profitability
- Macro regime detection and position scaling are models with inherent limitations
- Confluence signals indicating multi-strategy agreement may still result in losses
- Market conditions can change rapidly, and strategies that worked historically may not work in the future
5. Accounts and Subscriptions
5.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5.2 Subscription Tiers
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with different levels of access. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5.4 Free Tier
The free "Recon" tier provides limited access to signals with a time delay. Alpha Suite reserves the right to modify the features available in the free tier at any time.
6. Data Sources and Accuracy
Alpha Suite aggregates data from public sources including SEC EDGAR, market data APIs, and other publicly available financial data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data, signal, or analysis is complete, accurate, or timely. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from upstream sources beyond our control.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's signals or data without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond normal API usage within your tier
- Attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or access controls
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including insider trading based on material non-public information
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
8. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, strategies, scoring methodologies, and content provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Alpha Suite. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trading and research purposes.
9. API Access
API access is available to eligible subscription tiers. API keys are personal and non-transferable. Alpha Suite reserves the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms. Rate limits apply as documented.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Suite and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from reliance on any signal, score, or analysis provided by the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Suite and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Signal generation depends on third-party data sources that may experience outages or delays.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
